Start and get access to the preregistration in "Min speiding"

  • Min speiding is the membership system for the Norwegian Guide and Scout Association. It is here used for the preregistration and later the main registration to Speidernes Landsleir 2025.
  • As a international group that wishes to pre-register we need to give you access to the Min speiding system.

Submit the first form

The first step is to submit details about the contact person and the group in THIS FORM

Wait for email with acess details

The contact person will receive a username (membership number) and password via email once the form response have been processed. This is not a automatic process but a manual one done by volounteers so do not stress if it takes a couple of days before you recieve the email with the login details.

Log in to Min speiding

When you have received the user details you can log-in here: https://min.speiding.no/ using the user number and password.

Once you, as the contact person, are logged into Min Speiding, you can navigate to the event "Speidernes Landsleir 2025" as follows:
in the left side menu press the event button:

Then open the filters:

Select "Speiderne i Norge" under the organisation filter:

You will then see the event for the national Jamboree "Speidernes Landsleir". Press the event to go to the event page:

Press the "group registration button" and go through each step
  • Registration of participants with extra questions per participant
    (See guide here: Enroll and resign)
  • Patrol registration (see guide here: Patrols)
  • Ordering of poles and transport to the camp if you are in need of this.
